    Hi Bowser smash,

Thanks for the kind words. I actually haven't sold it yet as I just recently moved to NYC and prioritized that first. Yeah I totally agree with what you are saying but I don't have a original engine to put back in and I just unfortunately don't have the time to part it out either. Right now the car is just in my garage in Los Angeles and a part of me don't want to get rid of it so I think that's another reason I haven't actively been trying to sell haha.

Anyways, good luck and thanks again for all the info!

Hi, I saw your ad selling your '03 MCS. Firstly, nice setup under the hood, really great choice on mods. Did you have any luck selling it? If not, is it still modded? I know tuning is a labor of love, but it's absolute krypton it's on the cars value, even with the highest end parts. I've been buying and flipping cars for years, minis in particular, and the only way to somewhat recoup some cash is to take beer back to stock, and sell the aftermarket parts individually. Not saying a modded car won't sell now and then, but it's definitely at a hit to the seller. On average I've found when selling cars that have been tuned, that I net on average 30% to 50% more profit separating the parts and the ken car. Must a word of advice. However, if you do decide to break up the parts I might be interested in a few, particularly the madness header.
