Best place to get stock R56 front rotors and ceramic pads?

Just scored some R56 calipers to put on my R53 (same as the R53 JCW brakes). Now I need to find rotors and ceramic pads.

I can't seem to find any stock rotors on line...only slotted, drilled, etc.... Not what I want. Just plain stock rotors are fine. Ideas?

Second question...best place to get ceramic pads. I put the Carbotech Bobcats on my R53 for reduced dust and it seemed to help...a little.

Thanks!

it's a really good deal man. i need the space and money, you need parts. practically new rotors and brand new stainless braided lines. you know you wanna... :konky:

Very interested...Do the rotors have any scoring at all on them? And I see four lines, front and back? Or does each corner take two lines?

no scoring whatsoever, you can see the rotors in that flickr set.

4 lines; 2 front, 2 rear. best to do all 4 at the same since you need to bleed the system anyway, there's no point in bleeding it twice.
the fronts are specifically designed for this set up (r53 inlet, r56 banjo outlet) while the rears are good for r56 or r53.

I'll take them. Like I said in my other thread, we'll be in Long Beach next weekend (Thursday-Monday). If that's close to where you are (or can be) we can skip the shipping and do a straight handoff. Save us both a lot of hassle.

no prob, i can wait until then. that week/weekend i'll be available thursday night, friday morning, sunday all day/night and monday night.

Got rotors for all 4 corners of my R56 for $100. Supposedly they are considered "heavy duty" too

Thanks, but only need 2, and I think I have a line on them in LA this weekend.
