Way Motor Works - Unreachable
 
I have been trying to get a hold of someone over at WMW for about a week now. I have sent e-mails, called 10 times a day and left a voice mail. All I want to do is order some KW V3 suspension with Carbotech brakes. It is a little frustrating that they are the only place to get the TSW Spec'ed coilovers, but you can't order them.

Has anyone else ever had a problem?

nope, but in their defense it's only a couple of guys running the show.
This is the first time I've heard of any problems with their communication.

what an odd first post after being on the site for 5 years.

I've never had an issue getting in touch with them, hopefully you'll be able to figure it out.

I hope I can figure it out as well, I really want his suspension. Just out of curiosity, when you have gotten a hold of him did you just call the number on his website?

No need to defend him, I am not trying to bash him or his company. Just seeing if anyone has had a similar problem. I understand that there may only be a couple guys there as I am a small automotive business owner as well and understand the difficulties involved in it.

They've always responded to emails for me. I've never had to contact him directly.

I have ordered several things from Way from time to time. Anytime I have called and no one answered he would call me back within twenty min or so. That is why I keep going back to him.

I was over there recently. Way gets allot of spam and fraud. So... depending on where you are contacting from and going about it. He may just think you're a fraudulent spammer. ;)

Sorry but due to some scammers they have ruined it for everyone. We no longer ship outside the US, or accept international credit cards, or even answer non US numbers. You can thank the people that have tried scamming us, and wasting our time on the phone when we could be helping other customers. We do have some of our dealers that are willing to take the risk and we can put you in contact with them. I'm happy to give out the names of the scammers for them to be hunted down if anyone wants
