Spring rate help.

So I found some spring from an older coilover set but they are marked as 450p and 350p. Not in the units I am use to. Would a 350p spring be close to a 6k spring?

Basicly I went with a shorter spring in the back recently and they are to soft for me. Id like to see if either of these that i have are closer to 6k.
