Yea I tested the ABS cement last night on 2 spare parts. I put some fiberglass mat behind the seam for some structure as well. Lets just say when I bent the part it broke about 4 mm before the glued...

Well so far the ABS Cement is holding very tight. It melts the plastic together. I might glue it, then try some weld on the back side.

Where did you pick up your stuff Chase?

Back again. I cant just use the ABS glue alone...

Back again. I cant just use the ABS glue alone right? I assume I should use it to hold things in place then weld?

So about this plastic welding. Turns out I cant do it very well ;). Here is where I am right now, with the plug. But this material wont melt easy and when it does it still wont conjoin. Any ideas?
