Question Battery?

Some strangeness is happening with my MCS (power locks getting out of sync, radio voodoo, etc. - symptoms which echo what others experienced when their batteries took a poop) and I think the battery is getting ready to dump. It is almost 4 years old so it seems reasonable to replace it and see what happens.

Thus my question...

Any recommendations on what to plunk in that hole in the back? Optima doesn't list any compatible cells and that was my first choice.

I've often heard that the Optima 34R fits and works just fine. I'll probably be trying one out soon.

I've also heard the 34R fits. I have a Red Top group 35 and it fits without mods as well.
