81 mm Big Bore W11 engine. (R52-R53)
As we continue having fun with the W11 R53 MCS, We have been approached numerous times on ENGINE BUILDS. So we decided to make a 'big bore' engine. (1.8 Ltr engine)
81 mm bore ( vs the 77 mm stock) forged Pistons, Polished Steel Crankshaft, K1 H-beam rods, Engine block is bored and sleeved with a STEEL Sleeve. Engine is then 'blueprinted' ( clearance/end gaps/Decked ) and assembled. This is the SHORT BLOCK only. Parts used: JE Custom Forged Pistons JE Ring-set and Locks K1 H-Beam connecting rods Crankshaft mic'd and polished Aluminum-silicon Performance Rod and Main Bearings STEEL Sleeve Then Bored and Clearances set Give us a PM or check my FB page.
