I guess this can be a questions forum too? Say i wanted a paint finish like the one above. It's not flat like a primer paintjob....it's just not shiny like a clearcoat. I assume that means it has a matte clear on normal paint? Could i have that done to my ride now, as it is? Just spray a matte coat over everything? If so, how much would something like that cost? It doesnt require much prep compared to a real paintjob...so i assume less than the proposed 3k-5k price of a color change?

I thought a "satin" paint job, was a flat paint, clear-coated?

Yeah Ken was there testing the crawford STi w/ Tanner Faust. i remember when flat black was just called primer. haha!
