Default Toothpaste

DO NOT USE THIS TOOTHPASTE.

We bought it because we are silly consumers and thought the name "EmpowerMINT" was cool and catchy. But it tastes like you are brushing with Vicks Vapor Rub. I brushed my teeth like 2 hours ago and I can still taste it. (Plus it was made worse when I started drinking my coffee.)

Is that the toothpaste that tastes like orange juice + mint? I tried one like that awhile ago, and it was disgusting. I'm pretty sure that was it.

I guess in a way it did. It mostly just tasted the way that Vicks smells to me. The paste is orange and white and it foams uncontrollably when you use it. I have never used such foamy toothpaste in all my life.

I really hope Mike remembers to pick up different toothpaste today when he goes to the store...thinking about using it again makes me want to gag a little.

They make an orange flavor one too. It came out before the new mint flavored one. The orange is a million times worse, and that's saying a lot because the mint one is disgusting too.

See I love that one, but M isn't keen on vanilla things so we never have it in the house. Normally we use this one:

And it's really good, but they didn't have it at the grocery the other day. Hence why we ended up with the gagpaste.

EDIT: OH! I see from the above post that other people love the extreme herbal mint as much as we do.

The orange one had that menthol flavor to it, too. Have you ever had a sip of orange juice after brushing your teeth?

I see. I thought the toothpaste itself worked great, but the flavor was pretty bad. The aftertaste was decent, too.

It was definitely refreshing, but the flavor sucked.

I'm trying to finish off some green Colgate gel one with mouthwash beads in it. It's aaight. The one with breath strips in it is way better, though. I have Colgate Total Advanced Clean on deck for when I run out.

Here's the breath strip one that kicks ass:

Bursting with a staggering 2135 breath strips per tube, they say. Fresh as ****!

Example:

Haha I was wondering how long it would take for this to be split off into it's own thread.

We used that breath strip one before! At first the presence of tiny breath strips suspended in my toothpaste made me a little uncomfortable. It worked great though.
