Default Suspension Overhaul

I'm looking at overhauling the suspension and idk what kind of shocks or coilovers I should get. I've got over 110k miles on ZB (R53) and he's still going strong. Any recommendations on any brand? I'm looking for ride comfort with some sportiness, not slammed or anything like that, I need to get over speedbumps, which I loathe with a passion. Right now i have the stock original shocks with H-Sport springs.

koni fsd or bilstein sports. be sure to do lower control arm bushings and new sway bar links while you're in there. have them check the power steering reservoir and pump since they're dropping the subframe.

How many miles on the Hsports?

FSD's and the Swift springs would be a great combo. And do as glnr13 suggests.
