It's probably cause of the crop. Did you shoot it at the lowest ISO setting?

^What he said. lol. I was playing with the moon a couple of days ago. For me to get a basis I looked at Vics photo settings and used that, and tweaked accordingly for what I liked to see.

BTW I still like that pic, its cool to see the moon from a different location. From New Mexico, the moon is sideways as in the part that has a shadow is on the top, rather than the side

ISO 64 (hope that sounds right) but I cannot see how to change that setting, if I can.

How about this:
Click the image to open in full size.

Steps taken:
Duplicated moon and signature onto anothere level
Applied about a 2.5 Gaussian Blur onto sky.
Duplicated moon and applied a 1.5 Gaussian Blur and then erased all but the right edge.

May need more, but that's quick and dirty.

Sadly pictures haven't been up to much. Had so many unexpected things come up. And they will be even worse next week as I have to rest for a few weeks

Uh-oh, you didn't play Sonny Bono tag did you?
Hope all is well, and look forwards to some gnarly recovery process pictures if you got a photogenic injury...

Nah nah just a minor op on my back, but a stupidly long recovery time. Had the same one before but it was unsucessful.

Will get plenty shots of the living room
