Just wanted to share these tech shots that I took down there at the rally. This is toshi arai's brakes on the STi. It looks like the caliper is grinded down to make them fit in the 15" wheels. I thought this was pretty cool until I found out later that day that he crashed after a scrutineering check on a road section because he cooked his brakes. haha. More Images Here!

Check out the spare tailgates on these s2000 class fiesta. Pretty sweet that they are just held in place by tie downs.

I saw a number of these fiestas coming back to Fords Rally HQ in Cockermouth, England a few weeks ago after testing in the local forests

the fiestas are pretty sweet. unfortunately, US dealers won't have them for another few months and the cost is comparable to the larger size focus.

of course no hatchback focus 'til next year either but they will be rolling out the 2.0l turbo focus in the US.
