Question Brake Calliper Measurements

Hi all,

I am about to order some wheels and just want to check that the measurements I made are correct. If you have any information regarding brake calliper size please let me know as soon as possible.

These are callipers from the front of a 2006 R50 (just-a-cooper)

This is what I managed to come up with:

Thanks! Any help is really appreciated.

With A just being 10mm you should be able to fit the flattest disk.

Yeah I can fit the O (most lip) in the rear, just need to be 100% my measurements are correct. From those measurements I can fit the O in the front as well.

How much clearance does the O disk have?

I have emailed the distributer asking for clearance information just then. I shall wait and see.

From searching I found that S2000s, civics and miatas all have no issues with O-disk clearance with stock brakes. Definitely a comforting fact for me.

Technically E is in fact 55.9 and then the wheel itself is 56.1 so that there's a tiny .1mm tolerance on both sides.

That's great info though. Good find, BPB. Where did you find it? Did they have anything for 08 Coopers?

Thanks Rally. I got those measurements myself using a vernier calliper (which was in inches and then had to convert to mm) So unfortunately don't have any other data. I am hoping the measurements I did were correct. It was impossible for me to find data like this on the net already.
