i made mine glow during the day but since it wasnt dark they were just a deep purple...with lots of smoke coming off of em

do you guys ever run the canyon hard enough to the point of brake glow?

Most definitely. It depends on the road, the section, and my mood, but more often than not, a downhill night run will result in some red-to-orange rotors peeking through my Superleggeras.

well, i would think your more prone to brake glow from running in your own lane then taking lines, since you have to brake alot more and harder to stay in your own lane rather then taking the best line thourgh the corner

Not necessarily. Using the entire width of the road would afford you higher exit speeds for the straights, requiring more braking for entrance into the next corner, so it would probably involve just as much braking, if not more.
