I'm pretty much to the point where the 2nd set of tins I get will be painted some variety of green, but I'm still trying to figure out exactly which green I want.
I found another one but I can't figure out the name/paint code. It came on CB450s ![]()

Man, that looks really nice! Your riding position seems more upright than I expected with the clip ons and rear sets. I like the rear light setup, too.

Yeah it's really not as bad as I imagined. It took a little while to get used to but now it feels pretty natural.
I need to make a bracket for the rear tail light and turn signals, then I can chop those tabs off. It looks really weird in person. and... I just found out that the master cylinder on stock GL1000s was intentionally undersized because they were afraid people would kill themselves if their brakes caught too early, so now the reason my brake lever has so much play in it makes sense. I wish I'd known this before I dropped $150 on the wrong master cylinder and then spent countless hours trying to figure out where air was in the lines ![]()

Here's the mirror ![]() http://www.dimecitycycles.com/vintag...-cn055-bk.html It's not cheap by any stretch but I like it a lot better than the bar end mirrors I've gotten. It's much more secure and IMO it blends in better.
