I get a lot of business doing custom stainless countertops for local restaurants....

This one happens to be for a church with the kitchen in the basement.... Worked out to over 40 Lf of countertop....

Had to be made as a "bolt together" assembly to make it easier to get into the kitchen....

They wanted the sink bowl to have a drain board...

Just finished making it Friday and it gets installed tomorrow....

It's a big one...

Tight fitting "bolt together" joint....

They should be good for their upcoming Friday "Fish Fry" dinner...

Haven't posted in a while... It's been a crazy year in so many ways....

Just finished making a 10' long x 3" thick copper counter top that will accept an under mount sink bowl...

It's Tig welded with 308 SS filler rod...

The trick is to preheat the copper...

Something a little different....

Finished up with a round picnic table today and delivered it to a facility that will hot dip galvanize it for me.

The top "spoked wagon wheel" will support a 1-1/4 thick white Carrara marble top. There will be a 12" center hole with a bollard post supporting a copper lamp in the center of the table top. Seating will be on the three curved plates that will have a matching 3" thick piece of white oak.

My neighbor, who is a Porsche aficionado, recently had his 356 undergo a complete ground up rebuild, then had an artist capture his Porsche in a painting.... Apparently he liked my shop as a backdrop...
