Default Software Upgrade!

The Cololnel needs more go. I'm thinking MTH or GIAC - anybody running either one of these that can give me a yay or nay on either or both?
Any other recommendations?
Thanks

dunno about Giac....

but i wouldnt suggest a map made 14000 kms far away from your car...
the only valid option for me is a real time custom made ecu remap done
while you're driving your car and with a laptop connected to your odb2

I've heard unichip is the best but it's the most expensive. I've also heard pretty good things about mth too.

I've got the Unichip - its a good, clean mod that can be swapped in and out very easily. I like having 2 different maps in the chip. Performance is good, but I could get more aggressive with the mapping (decided not to push things too much)

I know lots of people here have had good results with MTH, and the price is much better.

I am pretty happy with the MTH software in my MINI.

I have not tried anything else, but do know that several Shark owners have switched.

Yikes, no thanks. I'd like to keep my pistons inside my engine.

And where do you think mine are??? . How about this: I'll enjoy xxx,000 miles of pure bliss and then we'll see who was being a little too skittish :p.

It's just like the 19% sc pulley or the crank pulley or....ANYTHING on this car. In 02 they said you'd blow up your tranny with a pulley, so I read once, but look at where that took us....

Anyways, Veruca, your faces /hurt/ my feelings! . Why oh why do you hate me so? Before I go? Oh Oh. I hope you'll apologize and make it better.
