very nice purchase. I like the body color roof a lot with sparkling silver. Any chance of seeing some sexy bbs's with body color centers?

Click the image to open in full size.

and just had a 6 hour round trip from cardiff to stafford to pick up these

Click the image to open in full size.

won them on ebay, spoke to the guy prior the auction ending he said they need a refurb but i was okay with that. i also sent him confirming there was no buckles or cracks in them. i had a look around them when i picked up check the outside edge for cracks etc

but, got home to find this, on the back of one

as you can imagine, im gutted and livid at the same time. he confirmed they were fine before i won them. so gunna email now to try and get some money back or hes getting a bad feed back.

yeah plan was just run those wheels for abit while a save for something abit tidy. depending on how low the coils go i was planning on smaller tyres and spacers for those wheels.

havent heard anything from the seller yet, but wheels is currently being repaired and im gunna pick it up tomorrow.

thanks mate, coilovers fitted today

slight issue when refitting the wheel, i set the coilovers 25mm off the bottom, just for now to let it settle, but because of the coilover adjuster rings and springs the tyres were up against them so the wheel wouldn't go on let allow turn because of the balloon tyres. so ive had to raise the front up to 40mm We set the rears at around 25mm off the bottom for now

some pix

no where near as low as i want it but i know theres 40mm left at the front and about 25mm on the back to come down.

ordered a set of 4 new 205 40 17s for the Flames, so need to try them make sure they fit. still think i need a spacer inbetween tho

should be something like this

Click the image to open in full size.

first impressions they seem okay, pretty bouncy on the back even with that much left, doesnt bother me as im used to bumpy cars
