Is it hard to not make a lowered E36 rake like that?

You'd have to tuck and tuck considerably more in the rear than the front.

I think most guys rake them like that because of the aggressive nature of the e36 body. The rake is fitting.

Most of the rake on the e36 (and most cars) is in the body anyway, not really in the ride height. Look at the distance between the top of the front wheel opening and the top of the fender, versus the top of the rear wheel opening and the beltline.

Especially on BMWs.

We recently radiused the rear arches of my friend Jeremy's e28 to remove the inherent BMW rake from it.

Wow, that's a nice subtle touch that most people wouldn't quite be able to figure out. Good work.

-Film a loopable scene with your DSLR
- Photoshop -> File -> Import -> Frames to Layers
- Choose the appropriate frames for the loop
- Edit layers as you would a photo (actions make replicating across layers possible)

BMW announced that the M4 would be taking the M3's place in the DTM series next year, so I went ahead and started sketching my vision for the car.
