rear control arms help you get closer to OEM spec. prevents premature tire wear.
camber plates make the car corner better but adds to premature tire wear. you don't NEED either but if you're scared of tire wear get the rear control arms. that's all you NEED to get back to OEM spec. stock front: | | lowered front: | | camber plates: / \ stock rear: | | lowered rear: / \ aftermarket control arms in rear: | | Last edited by glnr13; 01-26-2011 at 12:31 AM.. |

yes, not every thread answers every question and yes it's not the most thorough of libraries but if you go thru the cornering section for a whole weekend you'll have a greater understanding of how the MINI suspension works |

So again, another noob question, I read up on end links in some of the forums here and I have a basic understanding that they will need to be adjusted once installed to rebalance the load, but does anyone else use them? Are they worth the hassle and install?

they arent too bad of an install in all honesty. works best when both sides are loaded or unloaded equally when lifted. in other words, no jacking up one side at a time doing the end links.

I didn't think they were that hard to install but a few things that I read made it seem like a huge ordeal.
