Default Urethane bushing - Yay, or Nay?

I think this is where this should go. I am about to have some work done on the Egguinn. I am thinking of putting on the urethane bushings from Ireland Engineering. Both engine mounts and the gear box mount. Here is the pic of one of them:

Any one have any opinions on these?

I have all the mounts and they are awesome! BUT there is a tradeoff with some vibration. When I first did them I only did the lower mount and there was definitly added vibration, then I did the trans side and it got much better. Its really only annoyingly noticeable stopped with the AC on.

I also have the front control arm busings and they are NICE nothing negative to report on these only positive.

Where did you get the front control arm bushings from? What year is your car?

Would this be a good upgrade for the R50's as well? And it's just a street driven daily driver.
