I was under the impression that replacement brakes were covered under warranty. I find the stock brakes to be extremely good (mind you I don't Auto-X yet). An 06 would be at the end of warranty though I guess, but should still be covered until 2010 right?

Brakes are covered under the 3 yr/36k mile maintenance, but not the warranty.

Brembo blanks and Hawk pads are actually both pretty cheap.
Edit: $75 each for rotors and $85 for the pads on buybrakes.com with enough to buy a pitcher after the install. ![]() |
