I'm hoping to get a look at the JCW seats while we're over there if I can. Again, I doubt I can swing the cost right now, but who knows. Thanks for the kick a$$ ideas Glen!

Anybody else? Bueller, Bueller???
slim budget?! you can cross off the JCW seats then... those suckers are an arm and a leg.

wait, are you gonna buy msfitoy/sid's cf mirrors? cuz jeffc on our forum is selling his pair and theyre practically brand new... just throwing it out there for jeff

Nah, Sid's working on a bodykit(s) w/ replacement F1-style mirrors & possibly a five lug conversion kit among other things. The mirrors he's trying to do will keep all the functionality of the existing mirrors. If/when he pulls it off, I'm going with the whole thing most likely.

Yea I'm hoping it happens and that he'll let me have one of the early kits to test fit (keep).

Do you have any more info on these Glen???

I picked up most of the parts I wanted from a dealership here in the UK today and test drove an R56. I haven't changed my mind about the looks of the R56 (what were they thinking with those hideous side markers & the center stack?), but that motor is sweet and it still handles like a MINI.

Here are the parts I got:
  • Wide angle euro driver's side mirror
Euro fender skirts w/o the reflectors
    Clear 3rd brake light lens
Euro tail lights w/ the clear top lens
    Several emergency relector triangles
    Couple of euro parcel shelves

Roughly $100. Kindy pricey now. I got them for a friend. We already had them in both of our MINI's before they got embargoed.

Ok, back to those euro fender arches (no reflectors), how much did those run and any chance of bringing a set back for a fellow Hoosier? We could settle up at the Dragon.
