ok- this drove me nuts with my 330 zhp (not to mention the zhp wheels were a PITA to keep clean - a shared trick amongst owners - a butter knife surrounded by a chamoy to get into those damn spokes!!!).
my god - it's the same thing with the MCS. I've used wheel wax on the BMW and that meant I could go a few extra days before the pain and agony of filthy wheels. What are you guys doing? I swear, this is one of the reasons I want black wheels on the car!!!!!!!!

Haha, you and Larry came to mind before I even opened this thread. I remember that one time at the gathering when we thought Larry got new wheels but really he just cleaned them.
![]() I rarely do anything special to my wheels but they're black and the dust doesn't show nearly as much. ![]() |

Somebody in our local club told me that it's like a status thing overseas to have tons of brake dust on your wheels. It's supposed to indicate you've been out driving hard. I personally can't stand it so I switched to Hawk ceramics and the problem is gone.

EBC Green Stuff pads.
Work well, low dust. I would recommend. |

ebc greens are alright. stopping power is minimally better than OEM. but they certainly do help with the dust.
