I ran a set of BMW E30 euro basketweaves. They were 15x7 et24. I had 195/50/15 Toyo R888's on them and they fit with just a little bit of rubbing. It was tight though, I had to mount the wheel weights in between the spokes because they hit the caliper when mounted just inside the spokes.

You can buy these wheels new from BMW still for under a grand including the nice center caps. I can direct you to a good parts supplier for these wheels if your interested.

Depends on the kinda of 15" (style wise) wheel you want. There are quite a few of them out there that will clear...

I can sell you a set of R50 Cooper brakes on the cheap to fit 15" wheels. Let me know.

Futura's are my favorite wheel. The brushed look is pretty cool and different.
