here's that interior I picked up for $100 installed this weekend.
I went to the junks and found an MTECH1 steering wheel but i'm not a big fan of it after driving around iwth it for 2 days. It's the same size as the old one and doesn't feel sportier, just looks sportier. But the interior looks really good and matches the original side panels pretty well. Looks much cleaner

I can vouch for the niceness of the interior. The velour is actually really grippy, so not much lost in the way of staying in your seat under cornering. Also, you sit lower in the car with those seats, for more pimpness.

1. borrow a truck
--a. that needs a new battery cable - replace it
--b. and is missing a front passenger outer brake pad - replace it
2. pick up engine hoist
--a. be sure to make a reservation so they can disregard it and rent it out to someone else - redirected to other location
--b. get lost on the way to the other location
3. drop off hoist at garage
--a. witness panel van on FIRE on the freeway
--b. encounter traffic due to a PARADE
4. pick up engine
--a. buy some bolts to mount onto stand
5. build engine hoist and stand
--a. no lights, point truck headlights at "work area"
--b. realize bolts are too short to mount engine on to stand - pick some more bolts up

and THEN you will have an m30 ready to work on.
