I thought the same thing when these were posted on NAM earlier...hideous. Looks like a Pshop'd pic to me too.

That's how the paint scheme is supposed to be. It generally looks really good and flows smoothly into each other.

In my opinion they already screwed up the 2009 aero on the r56 and this isn't much better

I agree.....why did they change their best bumper? For those of you have pre 09 JCW aero bumpers, you're very lucky because you got them before the big ugly changes

From what I understand they'll still be offering the original version as well.

yeah, i really don't like any of the optional MINI kits. i think the stock one looks the best.

there was a kit i came across once. i think it was prodrive, but it was pretty nice. unfortunately i can't find any shots of it at the moment.

oh well, all my bank is promised to some coilovers...

edit: i was waaaaay off. what i meant to say was LLTek out of germany.

I like that LLTEK kit .

New jcw kit looks like crap, if i had one i'd go for stock mcs bumpers and aero side skirt

Hmm that's pretty cool...! Kinda looks like the eyes on that MINI are drooping though!! Either like it's flirting and in the process of batting eyelashes at another MINI or maybe it's 4:20 somewhere.... Funny how those two completely separate scenarios popped into my mind upon seeing that kit haha

Huh....that's an LLtek bumper? It has been advertised as being made in Asia on all the other forums that I've found it on

Yes, the original version will still be available.
They're relasing the JCW Aerokit #2 in two versions:

1. with regular black trim
2. with painted trim and side markers

The aerokit #2 has brake cooling ducts and a more "aggressive" front lip.
