^ I wonder how hard it was to tighten all the green fasteners without chipping the powder coat?

I think you'd be surprised how strong bolt finishes are. To be safe I usually put a plastic bag between the bolt and the socket when tightening but the coating is really quite strong.

A really thin piece of cloth works well too, it wont rip like the plastic.

plus those are style 5's which have round heads and a splined shank. So all the wheel owner needs to do is tap them into the barrel with a rubber mallet and let the splines keep the bolt from spinning while the nuts are tightened.
