Not the best start to the week, one night I had put too much filler on and the head caused the roof to warp, I didn't realise it as I added the filler and went in. So to fix the issue I had to press out the roof again using a hydraulic press, thought it was a photo moment as it looked quite drastic. I have removed the filler and I am back on track again. Just need to keep telling myself small amounts at a time.

little update,

Had some spare time so thought it would be nice to go and play a little more with the engine. Firstly as the supercharger I am using (twin screw lysholm AX1200) does not fit and the nose it wrong I decided to take the nose off so I can get the measurements to make a new one also this will make it a lot easier to weld the brackets on where required.

Nose off

Then it is a situation of deciding where I want to put the blower, I put on the stock plenum which most likely will be changed but offers a good size/area to work with. Then I have just been balancing and trying different positions to ensure there is enough room before I start and tack welding to fix on brackets, also working out where the best place to put the brackets at the moment.

Been a while since I did my last update but all I have been doing is lots of guide coat, filling and sanding

Also I have been making my own seats but that's a big project I hope to update soon, its taking quite a lot of time to cut the foam to shape and making the material - soon to have an update.

Here with the guide coat on you can see the shape coming together, god this is boring - how people do this for a living I don't know

Also here a photo of the initial cuts of the foam, this is just the basic shape and still need to be formed but will try and take lots of photos as I go along a bit more.
