thanks, griff!

im not happy w/ the gap in the front. it wasn't as bad w/the web spokes, but now w/ the 16's it's an optical illusion and the gap looks even bigger... if all works out im gonna throw on some bilsteins this weekend! woo hoo!

Well I'm majorly jealous. I have been looking at that wheel (and the leather dash) for a while now. That should look supurb in your MINI. I don't know if I want to touch it though. Gabe has warned against it, because the lure of the wheel is too strong after you do.

i keep hearing about the damn thing on whiteroofradio! Gabe brain washed me into getting it...

as for touching it... oh, you'll touch it. i know you'll touch it... wait, that sounds dirty.

no leather dash for me. that's too extravagant, it's beautiful but just a lil over the top.

Someone went on a Mini shopping spree!

The Alta Sportone exhaust is on my list of possible exhaust, can't wait to hear it on your mini. I was talking to someone from Sport Compact Car at the office and they said Koni makes some really good stuff, they just don't have the big time exposure like Tein and other companies.

i did go on a spree... gotta get rid of the credit cards. that's it, no more mini parts until i pay off the cards now.
Well it's good to hear that no one has anything bad to say about the koni's.

Depends on your dealer. I had mine serviced yesterday with all my stuff and they didn't say a word. Except the guy who does their clear-bras who came up to me as I was leaving and really really liked my car. Personally I'd go ahead with it. I think you'll be fine.

word, griff. i seem to have a pretty good relationship with my service advisor. i don't think he'll trip... at least i hope not. i was just concerned since the filters everyone is using (me included) for the HAI clearly states on the box "for use on racing or off road vehicles, not for use on emission controlled vehicles" and seeing as how im in cali i dont want to get called out on it.

They shouldn't say anything about an intake. Just don't let the cops see ya!
