Default R53 Torque Specifications Anyone?

Basically I don't have a Bentley manual yet, and I'm looking to see if anyone out there, knows the exact torque specs for preferably my 06' R53 facelift.

What I'm Really Looking For:
- All Bolts For Coilover Install
- All Bolts for Rear LCA's
- Stud conversion Bolts
- Lug Nuts
- If I think of anything else, I'll update this post.

Any help guys, would be greatly appreciated!! I've been searching throughout Forum Boards with many mixed answers popping up all over the globe.
