Hubie, Brian, Andy and 30 other artisans who built this car appreciate all the positive comments from everyone since their tremendous work is reflected here as well as my own. Seems many of you think that what I do doesn't make sense. I can appreciate that for sure as all opinions are welcome on this forum from what I understand. But some of you also feel that the car is all me. That's unfortunate as I share in this, but stand by all those that made it happen under the extreme pressure.

As always, MU is a place to share ideas and opinions. Positive AND negative. Thanks for the links to those areas that express them and our team appreciates the support from the MU community.

well...all this talk about the new turbo motor, the benefits of direct injection. the shop that owns the title of 'world's fastest MINI'....of course we want to know how much power the new motor can put down without grenading.

to be honest...it's October. The R56 was released in February? I've not seen one dyno plot of anybody pushing the limits....someone, bring it!

I think the car is just fine, actually I like it very much, the MINI is full of character, and this one shows a lot of character... not cute at all too haha

With the r50/53 it took like a year just to get respectable exhausts

some of that was due to lack of vendors though... the MINI as a brand it's self was new... now that we have dedicated vendors there are all ready tons of great products seemingly over night compared to the R53, heck (this is for konky and Jomo) there's prolly over 30 artisans making stuff nowa days... LOL
