Thanks,
That's all I've seen of them so far as well though. GFs son is doing the work and is very good at what he does so I'm leaving him alone with my wheels

Just anxious to get them on and see the final product!

Sweet... That's a great mod! Now pull off that lower grille and headlight rings and paint them!

Nice. Hit the mesh grille on the bottom too if you haven't. Belt line next? I like where this is going. If you are gonna remove all the chrome, go silk green on the door handles and boot handle. Keep it clean. Black would break up the look IMO.

New job limits access to m|u but I'll try after MOTD to get some up.

A quick update 1. summer shoes back on! Was getting that truck whine all the way to work with the blizzaks 2. 110k plus miles 3. still wants to get up and go!

But while I was working on the summer shoes, Mr.C decided to throw out his shoulder - seems like the left hinge of the boot had been loose and the bracket in the roof decided to just let the only bolt on the inside go right on through. Not a pretty feeling holding your door by one hinge and no one else around. So right now he's got a small steel plate holding the door on and most of his inside coverings and backseat sitting on the garage floor. I'm not planning on opening the back for a while so no big deal - but jeez!

Honestly, yours was one of my favorite MINIs at MOTD last year... probably because I'm biased as a fellow rare Cooper-only color MINI owner, but I'm a huge Silk Green fan.
