I'll be needing some new brake pads. Considering the EBC Green.

Anyone have any recommendations?

So on Saturday we were out for our usual Saturday morning ride when about half way through one of my buddies decided he was a pro downhiller and crashed......

Here's the section he crashed on (I know, pretty basic)

Here's his bike on the side of the trail, the frame is the only casualty..

So 6 tube patches later his flat tire was holding air and we promptly half hiked half rode out and drove to the local bike shop and got him a new frame so I could do a parts swap and have him riding again.
Old bike in the stand in my garage (stupid phone pics).

close shot of damage, surprising the wheels , fork, etc where all ok...

That's a nice looking frame.

I went out yesterday, and for once the bike was awesome. NO noise! Tracing my creak down to the hort link (then soaking it with Krytech) was the ticket. I ended up going with Brake Authority "Aggressive A" sintered pads. Best pads I've ever ridden.

We've had a new addition to one of our local trails since my last visit.

It's pretty fun, but it could have been done better. They should have kept the trail in the halfpipe instead of bringing it up to the top. This way you lose all your speed.

Near the bottom it gets better.
