Nothing wrong with the chunk look or the compound but having driven on a bigger profile before there becomes a point where I didn't like the "feel" and tyre movement/squish of 50/55's.

That said I bet those potenza's are quite firm on the sidewall if the RE070's are something to go by

Yeah they are pretty nice so far. I think I need to stuff my sway bar though to get a better feel for them. I have a little more flex in the rear than I like even when I had the dunlops on.

Smaller OD also helps with gearing and initial acceleration due to the weight distribution being closer to the center of rotation. A much better choice as far as performance is concerned. Not-so-much for ride comfort or ride height.
