My problem is that if you wreck what would probably be only body damage is now a possible mechanical kill and oil slick

I think it looks badass, not to mention I wouldnt mind an oil cooler in the first place. But it would def. have to flow well

but back to the thread i actually like the oil cooler look in the front...as it being on a mini i wouldnt knock it till i saw it ....(im a huge jdm fan so lots of there weird stuff makes me smile lol)

Funny you mention the external oil cooler or Boso style ... i was flicking through some old Mini magazines i have today & came across this illustration... i know it's only a drawing but at least it gives an idea as to what a Mini with this on would look like..

You'll have to excuse the quality since i had to scan it in on my ancinent scanner...

Yeah...... no. I get the idea, but don't like how it looks on about 99% of the cars pictured.

speaking about this jdm style on minis......how about the slanted up exhaust on one side anyone think about doing this on a mini?

On a race car, fine. Air cooled 911, maybe. On a regular street car, no plz.

ok i agree the oil cooler on a street car is alittle over board but i would like to see the exhaust thing....maybe im just not that much of a fan of the center exhaust thing lol
