Haha, thats usually the first comment people make when they come to our apartment. Either "I love the floors" or "such tall ceilings" (12').

I always say this will be the nicest apartment I'll ever live in. Because after this its a house with an MF'n garage.

Got the 10mm hubcentric spacers and rings, lol it only took a month. Not sure why the rings are pink but I guess you'll never see them so who cares.

The spacers fit real good though

Well yesterday I had the tires mounted. Brought them home yesterday evening and threw them on the car. They fit exactly as I had hoped and I was really pumped about it. There is a clearance issue between the rear center cap and my studs but that is no problem to fix.

However last night I had to come back to campus to do some computer work and on my way I hit an unmarked section of milled road at 65. I was dark out and raining, needless to say I never saw it coming. Hitting essentially a 3-4" curb at 65 you can guess what happened. Front driver side barrel is bent and the back tire is flat but I haven't ascertained the cause yet.

I am totally crushed by this. I may have to try sell these wheels to try to cut my loses. I have at least $2500 into them and I really cant afford to spend any more money on the project.

I will get them off the car tonight and asses the situation, but I am not hopeful.

Damn, that is HORRIBLE luck! I would think something like that is worth seeking reimbursement for.
