I can imagine when your rear center of gravity is alot more than your front center of gravity there could be issues with oversteer. A little bit isn't so bad.

yea, when you rear center of gravity is higher than your front (talking about minis) then you can achieve oversteer. Some is almost necessary in order to corner faster. I think
