Default I quit smoking...

...finally, on Monday October 29, 2012...after about 28 years of a pack-a-day.
My wife and kids are happier that I'll be around a little longer. I'm happier that I'm not spending 8-9 bucks a day on that shit anymore!

It wasn't the easiest thing to do...I did it while on vacation from both jobs and that made it a little easier.

Congrats man! That is something I keep working myself up to do. Maybe 2013 will be a better year for me.

I think the key for me was doing it at home while on vacation...break the routine...the first couple days were kinda tough...not going outside every hour or so.

Nice work bud, you are going to enjoy life more and a lot longer as well . Put that extra 8$ a day in a mod slush fund .
