I've now seen quite a few new F56 S' driving around and must say that it looks better in person than in pics, in general. Really like the rear of the car, front is better than I expected straight on but still a mess when seen partially from the side; those ducts under grill are still all wrong, and the overhang still looks odd on such a small car.
Also, the trend of not having a real (front) bumper definition (and no bumper function in case of minor hits) and it being one big front facia like with the latest Volvo V40, not sure I care for it.

If it's M badges you're after, I think you went in the opposite direction

I'm adventurous, Andrew.
I'm staying away from new Bimmers.....The last I'd touch besides the e30 would be the 1seriesM.

I love miatas at least haha. Just not into the whole 3/6 thing. My brother had a 3 and it felt soul-less whenever I took it out.

And to be fair...the rest of his list is rather stiff competition. The ST line from Ford is truly well balanced as is the BRZ/FRS chassis.
