3k is what I was doing them at with my '03.

10w30 Mobil 1, OEM filter only.

If I cant get Mobil 1 and and OEM filter, I will wait.

I change mine every 10,000 KM, had it sent down to blackstone labs a few times and they said that I could stretch it out to 13,000 KM prolly and test it then, but I will stick with 10k KM.

I use either Castrol or Pennzoil 5w30 Full Synthetic, and a WIX Filter.

I suggest sticking to OEM filters and oil that meets the OEM spec.
