Cheers, as usual I am making everything myself if I can. I wish now I had painted the car myself I just didn't have the space

Looking forward to fitting it all up

Wow, Rich, you're taking this to a whole new & different dimension......we'll all just have to watch, enjoy the journey w/ you! Learning will be a hopeless & futile exercise for us.

Sooner than I had expected the all aluminium roof has been made, I collected the car today and I am so very happy with it. I have the panel bond ready then it will need to coats of primer to seal it and paint but I am going to get the car done before it is painted. The roof is so light its crazy. The skin is so smooth and as you would expect from a professional. Glad I had it done as it really makes this car very special now

Was a long drive home as I drove the slow route so not to damage anything. unloading and loading the car on my own has mostly killed me, decided to duct tape the panel to stop the wind getting under the skin

Geez. That roof has been nothing but headaches. I'm sort of glad I didn't cut mine off my classic to go with a full CF myself. But it looks great now.

Love the updates. You do a lot of cool innovation and that gets me pumped about my project.

The roof has been a PITA but that said I had a big learning experience and something were done wrong

Decided I needed more room in the engine bay so I ended up reworking the boost pipe from the cooler

turned on the DRL and I liked them, I had forgotten about them but I am still pleased with them

Got to have a look at the bodywork again as the blower pulley is a little close but still 5mm

Loving how it is coming together too, I am still pleased with how it is looking and thankfully I still like everything I have done

Can you even change a belt with that gap? Seems scary right to me. But you clearly know what you're doing so I'll just shut up and watch. Lol

Cheers,

I can change the belt but I will be removing some material to give me the space back. though there is no engine movement I could probably get away with it but I will mod the bodywork to fit it all in
