Man...that looks just like the one Scott Sullivan built way back in the day. At the time, it was quite possibly the first "Pro Street" car built(if it's the same car).

I really liked that car but as you can tell it is a popular one to modify. This one bleongs to a guy in my neighborhood and is just amazing .
