I am all over that. I have been waiting for this game for over a year and I can't wait to see it run on my new computer

IGN gave it a 9.7 which is amazing.

I just got it today too, waiting to get home and install it. My son treated himself to an X Box after basic training and he was thinking about getting it for that too.

This is the most incredible game, a true classic on par with the Half Life series. I f you like this game, go get System Shock 2. It is an older game and should play great on most computers now. It was made by the same creative team that made Bioshock. I have to get back to Rapture now.

Sweet Wes... I played a bit of the demo on PC, but I'm waiting for my new build to be complete before I pick up the game. I'm glad to hear such good reviews from actual players though!

You know, I have been playing Bioshock, and I don't really get that can't-stop-playing feeling I got from Half LIfe. But there's a TON of game play time, and it definitely is engaging. I wouldn't call it the be-all and end-all of shooters, but it's far better than most of the garbage out there. It's just that Half Life (1 and 2) were so great...I'm waiting for something to go beyond that. This is good, but it doesn't quite go beyond for me.

Still, it has sucked up more hours than I care to admit.

honestly i think its better than half life... Half Life is a great game but the art direction, voice acting, and just all around production value is much better in bioshock IMO
