On duty traffic cop w/cell glued to ear. Seems common here. Was not able to include the tree truck taking half lane behind him in opposite direction.

Are New Hampshire (or Hampstead) police officers not allowed to use their cell phones while on duty?

Seems you have done it wrong by not getting the photo of the vehicle that was actually doing it wrong.

This happens all the time. Just ask a cop how many other cops numbers he has on speed dial for help, info, other misc. stuff.
