Default PTW Buggies (low trike adult big wheel thing)

While search in Google, looking at images I came across some interesting,
It looked like a billet Alloy, adult big wheel made for an adult. Looks to handle speed,
low center of gravity, and the riders weight is what keeps it down and moving down hill.

Does anyone have or seen these?

Look to be a challenging ride.....

Default PTW Buggies

This is an odd bike buggy thing,
I was a down hill type thing, but this seems to vary, wind sails,
powered, not powered. I thought it would be something that might be seen in California,
It's a anything with wheels culture. California tends to lend itself more to creative, hybrid, ideas for anything with wheels, more so than the east coast. Jay Leno and huge collections of cars, steam, gas, diesel, All types of skate boards, long boards, roller blades, skates,
low rider bicycles, trikes, cars, the list goes on. It must be an odd crowd, that was short lived. It does look interesting, as long as you don't wipe out.
So the ones in the desert, an pics are they called PTW buggies?
