Default Gauges in a MC

Im looking to put gauges in my '05 Cooper, now it makes sense to me to put a oil temp gauge since the stock gauges don't offer much in the way on monitoring the engine temps. Are their any other gauges that would be a good idea?

Oil pressure gauge is very important! I would rate oil pressure #2 on the most important gauge list, right behind #1 tachometer. The Mini Cooper factory tach works well, so you got that covered!

I would think you would only need an EGT gauge if you were running FI.

Oil Pressure, Water Temp, Oil Temp, EGT, Wideband AF, Boost, Voltage.

In that order are probably the most to least important.

yes, you can still use one.
