who'd you pick it up from? Just a random seller or one of the classic mini garages?

YA, random seller that was local and had a listing at Mini Mania under private sellers.

I was nervous on the ride to pick it up. I had a Uhaul vehicle transport trailer, and I thought it was going to be too wide. I thought I had a flatbed reserverd and they gave me something completely different. Anyways, no big deal. I the car BARELY fit on the trailer, but it fit.

Just ordered 3 of these in UV

One for the dome, the others in the footwells. Will be here in 3-4 weeks. Will post pics when complete.

25 LEDS is the largest I could find. Comes with mutliple adapters to fit many 12v applications.

Well they are made for universal application.

One above the pedals, driver side.
One in passenger footwell.
One in the dome light. Might need to do some work to make it fit right.

Installed the lights in the footwells.
Too big to fit in the dome light.
Have to find another alternative for the dome light.
Pics tonight.

Installed.
Doesn't look as good with the dome light on.
Stay tuned for the complete look.

Fun to install too...

Alta v. 1 intercooler and Iridium plugs went in the other day without a hitch.

Had to make a few trips to the hardware store to mount the diverter though. Go figure they mount with standard hardware,

Hopefully the next post will be after Jan's tune, dyno results will follow.

The classic is almost gutted completely.
Picked up a B20 and a Type R tranny for free the other day.
Man that thing is gonna scream...
