I've never once used my ac. I've only used the defroster and the heater every once in a while. I hate how the car feels with the ac on.

I donno, I use it when I'm cruisin' on the freeway sometimes.

Nothin' quite like a day in the middle of the desert, pushing your MINI to the limits around Streets of Willow like it's a friggin' race car, then packing up, rolling onto the freeway, and kicking on the A/C in deep-freeze mode to soothe your dirty, sunburnt face.

My wife has had two Audi's with the worst auto air handling systems. My Forester has one thats not too good, but better than the Audi's. When I ordered my MCS I went with the system where I do the thinking not HAL 9000. Heck I'd have paid to have the manual system.

i honestly didn't mind the full blast since it was only on for a few minutes at most... but it's good to know anyways.

if i could do it again, i'd opt not to go the auto route. it's cool that it displays your setting and all, but i hate having to click 2 degrees at a time rather than just holding the dial in one direction or the other and letting the thing cycle itself.... automatic my ass.

yes... i'm lazy :woot2:
