Default I want more color....but not to be trashy.

Need some input team. Since you guys all know style better than anyone else on the internet and your opinions are always right , i thought I must consult.

My PW mini is a bit too lacking in color. I'm in love with the car, just want a little more 'pop' in color.

reference pic.

Wold it be to trashy to add red lug nuts when i do a stud conversion to m14x1.5? Would that look to rice-y with the JCW brembos?

I'm also looking to trade for tail lights with white signals and remove the lamin-x so that I have more red on my rear end.

Finally, would chili red mirror caps look bad too? I don't want it to look to cutesy

tell me what you think!

Sometimes keeping things simple is best. I understand wanting to spice things up, but your car looks good as is.

However there are always little things you can do to get the car to more of your liking. Have you thought about painting your wheels? Maybe try white wheels?

Yellow fog lights?

Gold lugs would be killer with yellow fogs, or gold wheels

possibly just painting your door handles and gas cap body color. It really helps smooth out the car a bit.

If you like the red theme, maybe just a red pinstripe on your wheels to give that time attack affect

If you thing red lugs would look good, then maybe someone will pop up and do a little Photoshop of it. I cannot as i suck

Sorry. Didn't have time to do it very well. I have to be back at work in 15 minutes. haha.

Anyway, here's the red lugs and the time attack stripe chase was talking about.

I personally would just do the time attack stripe and leave the red lugs off. Subtle accents are your best friend.

Want a splash of color? Time attack stripe in red, pop open your headlights again and put some small red accents in there, Black mini badge with red lettering, and black hardware (door handles and gas cap). Then get back to the red tails and then maaybe some red interior accents. But keep it light. The car already looks great.

I say have fun with it. I think these cars are taken a little too serious too often. If you want to do red mirror caps go for it, I think it would be a fun twist along with Chase's suggestions on the wheels.

Cutesy to me is Hawaiian flowers.

However, I will admit that I did mock up what paisley A panels would look like - tho that's my love for paisley telecasters (guitars). And yes, that was a little cutesy...

do your team dynamics have the lettering at the rim? try red lettering instead of the time attack stripe?

here's the other two you asked for.

Time attack on both wheels with red mirror caps. Sorry if the mirror caps aren't the right shade. It's late. lol

And a white time attack

thanks Mouse you're the best! I'm actually very partial to the PW pinstripes as it adds a little dynamic to the wheels.

That PW stripe looks sweet. Even better if you did the door handles too.

I would leave it as-is, but if you want to do something, I'd go with the PW time attack. Nothing else

Pepper white stripe, And..... CHROME lug studs or covers. I'm serious, they would pop like nobody's business. I could go either way on the mirror caps.
